About
Tech engineer turned Austin buyer's agent.
After a decade in tech at Amazon, Qualcomm, and Armis — and an engineering degree from Technion — Or made a deliberate pivot into residential real estate. He wanted to work directly with people making major life decisions, and to bring the systems thinking of a product builder to an industry that often runs on friction.
That approach paid off. Or has built strong, consistent ABOR MLS production across Travis and Williamson counties from 2021 through 2025. He co-founded Austin Connections Group to help families — especially those relocating from Israel — find, evaluate, and close on homes in Central Texas with confidence.
Before Austin real estate, Or founded 150 משכורות — free Israeli mortgage education — and co-hosts מהגרים אבל אופטימיים, a relocation podcast for Israelis abroad.
Today he's building Edgent, software for buyer's agents that turns tour setup from roughly 30 minutes into about a minute.
